I'm having problems opening or saving my downloadable products.

I’m having problems with my log-in and password. How do I find out what they are?
Your log-in is your email address. Click the link “Forgot Your Password?” and a new one will be sent to you. If you had an account on our previous store and have placed an order within the last two years, your email and password will be the same.
I didn't receive an order confirmation email.
Sometimes order confirmation emails are filtered by your mail client's spam filters. Check the spam folder of your inbox to identify if this has happened. You can always check the status of your order and confirm that it was properly submitted by logging in to your account (using the links in the upper right corner of the site). Once logged into your account, the "My Orders" menu will list your recently placed orders.
Where do I enter a discount code (promo code/coupon)?
You must be signed into your account to use a discount code. Once logged in, discount codes should be entered on the shopping cart page (before you begin the checkout process). A "Discount Code" box appears below your list of products. Enter the code and click "Apply Discount." The discount will be reflected in your new total. If you have difficulty, contact us at 1-866-866-5621.
Can I change my order after I’ve already placed it?
You will need to contact us immediately after placing your order so that we can stop the fulfillment process. Our orders normally ship the same day. If your order has already been shipped, you are welcome to ship it back to us and we will credit you for your products. Be sure to place a new order for the products you would like to receive. We are not able to change an existing order.
How do I return a product I recently ordered?
We are excited about our products and want you to find what you need. We realize that sometimes there are reasons a product must be returned. Please help us by looking over your product and contacting us within 30 days if you’d like to return it. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any downloadable products. Once you have purchased a downloadable product, those files have been electronically sent to you and you will always have access to those. If you’re not sure how to access your downloadable product, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.
My DVD doesn’t seem to be working properly. Is there anything I can do or is it defective?
Sometimes DVDs can be a bit sensitive. Take a moment to clean the back of your DVD with a clean, lint-free cloth. You might even need to try a mild cleaner for DVDs. We suggest that you also try playing the DVD on your computer if you’re having a problem with your DVD player. Different players can experience problems with DVDs as well. If you’re still having a problem, please let us know. We will be glad to send you a replacement. To keep your DVD in top condition, be sure to store it in a case for future use.
How do I access my order history, downloadable products, and account information?
You can access everything about your account, including your downloadable products, your settings, etc., in your account. Just log in to “My Account.” If you have purchased products as a “Guest” and not through an account that has been set up, unfortunately, you will not be able to view information specific to your orders or have access to re-download your downloadable products.
Can I make copies of your products for my personal use or for a group?
The good news is that you are welcome to burn up to 20 copies on CDs of a message download you have purchased. This is for your personal use to give to family and friends. If you are interested in CDs to be distributed to a large group, please contact us and we will work with you to get those for you at a minimal cost. The remainder of our products: study guides, DVDs, music CDs, books, and kits, are not to be copied per our copyright policy. If you have specific questions, please let us know. We are happy to assist you.
Are there special discounts for churches, retailers, or groups?
We offer volume discounts on specific North Point Resources products. If there is a discount available, the product will have the tiered discount levels listed on the details page of that particular product. If there is not a discount posted, there is not one available. However, please be aware that we offer special promotions and always have something in our “Sales” section. We know it’s nice to find a bargain!
Do you have suggested products for church leaders, general leadership, or small groups?
Yes. In fact, we have three sections designed specifically for you. They are entitled “Ministry Solution Center” under the “Church Leaders” section, “Leadership Solution Center” under the “Leadership” section, and “Small Group Solution Center” under the “Small Group Curriculum” section. We hope you find this helpful and informative.
What exactly is on a Small Group DVD and are study guides available for each study?
A Small Group DVD contains the full sermon messages as well as an abbreviated version of the sermon messages (15-20 minutes), specifically tailored for a small group environment. The DVD also contains questions to promote discussion within your group. As an added convenience, some of the Small Group DVDs have an accompanying study guide for individual use within the group. If a study guide is available, you will find it under the “Small Group Curriculum” section. Please be aware that not all of our DVDs are Small Group DVDs. The Small Group DVDs are the only ones that have small group curriculum on them.
