You can’t make it better if you are just fixing what broke. You have to know what worked to make it better. If you are going to Make It Better you have to clarify the win and evaluate what worked. Anything worth doing is worth evaluating. The tendency is to evaluate what didn’t work not what did work. Right isn’t the goal. Make it better is the goal.
