Part 1 - The World's Toughest Job (Andy Stanley)

Our primary mission is to lead others into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. Making disciples is not an easy job. It's easy to get caught up doing good things in the organization, and forgetting our mission. We must learn to maximize our potential to be efficient, focused and relational to those we invest in.

Part 2 - Bringing Them In (Andy Stanley)

Jesus message was a part of him, and he was a part of his message. By displaying an attitude of serving, shepherding, and befriending, sinners were attracted to him. If we embrace Jesus' methods and attitude, over time, even the most hardened individuals will be open to the gospel. Matthew 9:9-13

Part 3 - Keeping Our Focus (Andy Stanley)

Without periodic evaluation as a church, we cannot maintain proper direction. When we lose focus, God comes along and removes his presence from that church, limiting the potential of the congregation. Whatever our focus is, this becomes our target. We must stay focused to our mission of making disciples, no matter how difficult it may be. Revelation 2:1-7
